Learning FOCI (Focus on Closing Instructional Gaps and Increasing Academic Success)

Objective: To systematically close learning gaps and increase academic success for all students through targeted instructional strategies, data-driven decision-making, and comprehensive support systems.
FOCI Components:
- Data-Driven Instructional Planning
- Assessment and Analysis:
- Implement regular formative and summative assessments to identify learning gaps and monitor student progress.
- Use data analysis tools to disaggregate assessment data by student subgroups, identifying trends and areas of need.
- Individual Learning Plans:
