Students read two informative articles on Northern Lights. Students compared the two sources provided. One source was digital and the second source was a physical copy of the article. Students answered constructively using R.A.C.E. strategy by restating, answering, citing, and explaining their answers. Lastly, to extend the learning, art was integrated. The students had to paint and color with chalk their landscapes. CCSS: RL.5.1. and CCSS: RL5.2.
